    The new kitchen is fully equipped and includes all necessary utensils as well as modern appliances such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and kettle. A 220V power outlet is also available.<\/p>\n

    The bathroom has been completely renovated and offers modern comfort. All four beds are new, as is a spacious built-in wardrobe that provides ample storage space.<\/p>\n

    The covered, newly tiled outdoor area with a large dining table invites you to enjoy meals al fresco. The existing chairs can also be used flexibly in the garden.<\/p>\n

    Fresh drinking water, coffee, and milk will be available upon arrival. Personalized recommendations for excursions and attractions in the area are available upon request. Shopping facilities and a good, reasonably priced restaurant are located approximately 600 meters away.<\/p>\n

    The detached house is situated within a fully fenced property, offering maximum security and privacy. Access is locked in the evenings, allowing for worry-free parking. Exterior lighting with motion sensors ensures a comfortable arrival even after dark.<\/p>\n
