Tropical plants in all colors delight the eye and the mind.<\/div>\n<div>Included is a small greenhouse for cultivation and a small fruit\/banana plantation.<\/div>\n<div>The entire garden is supplied with underground water pipes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The charming house has a very good infrastructure with 110\/220 volt electricity, telephone, fax, internet connection, satellite TV, 8 bar water pressure, cold\/warm water, fans and a fitted cedar kitchen with modern appliances.<\/div>\n<div>The house was built in the 1980s by a German builder in typical local style and has since been repeatedly renovated and kept in very good condition.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Although built directly on the river, the house and property are protected all around by a massive reinforced concrete wall. No amount of flooding could cause damage. A steel suspension bridge connects the rest of the finca.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The finca is legally registered as SA (AG) in the national register and has no encumbrances or restrictions. This makes it very easy and cheap to transfer.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Due to the legal form as an SA, the owner can carry out all legal transactions even without a residency. (bank accounts, telephone, electricity)<\/div>\n<div>The tax burden per year is 75,000 colones (150$) including municipal waste disposal<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Despite the peace and seclusion of the finca, you can reach the next small town in 10-15 minutes<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Las Juntas de Abangares. There you will find everything you need for everyday life, such as supermarkets, building materials stores, banks, doctors, schools, hospitals, tradesmen, police, etc.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In 20 minutes you can be on the Panamericana, Costa Rica&#039;s main highway.<\/div>\n<div>Many beautiful Pacific beaches, Lake Arenal and volcanoes can be reached in 1-2 hours. It takes about 2-3 hours to get to San Jose, so it&#039;s quite centrally located.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The finca is located directly on a small public road with very little traffic, which is asphalted except for the last 3km and is maintained every year by the community. Electricity and telephone are also available here, and internet is available via the G3\/4 network.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In the neighborhood there are a few small agricultural fincas which mainly raise livestock. A few Europeans (Germans\/Swiss) have also settled here in recent years. All in all, a very quiet and above all safe environment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For age and health reasons, we are looking for a nature-loving successor who will continue to run the finca in the same spirit. Be it as a private nature conservation project or for an economic eco-biological project.
