However, the small community of Samara is nearby and offers many restaurants and shops, 2 markets and a weekly agricultural market. In addition, it takes 10 minutes to Garza, where you can buy fresh fish, and 15 minutes further, Nosara also offers several shops, markets and restaurants. Villa Las Maracas is perfectly located for day trips, to visit the attractions in the area or to practice water sports: surfing, diving, fishing, etc. The office space with good internet connection (WiFi) and air conditioning allows you to work remotely comfortably . Villa Las Maracas: a large family home, a holiday home or a perfect business opportunity for rent.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Total area: 2,760 m2 and living space: 246 m2<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The house, built in 2005, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an office, a large living-dining room overlooking an open kitchen and various additional rooms: pantry, laundry room, drying room and various storage rooms. One of the en-suite bedrooms is upstairs and looks out onto a large covered terrace. What we see on adjacent properties is jungle. The closed garage communicates directly within the house. The house&#039;s drinking water supply was expanded to include a filter system. The front porch is equipped with a sliding metal grille to secure the house, as are the windows, which have beautiful wrought iron ornaments and mosquito nets. From the veranda you enter the living room through sliding glass doors with mosquito nets. The house enjoys excellent air circulation and retains the freshness of the night for several hours, which is particularly appreciated in the dry season.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The floors are fully tiled and the ceilings are woodwork. The house was completely repainted inside and out in 2021. The electrical system was completely checked by a technician including replacing the wall panels and adding new circuits for the 3 air conditioners installed in the office and two of the bedrooms. Lots of light in every room, LED lights.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>There is a covered above ground swimming pool in an annex and an outdoor shower. Access to the property is via a closed wooden portal; A 2 meter high chain link fence completely circumvents the property and thus ensures that this property is privately sealed. The huge landscaped garden has several varieties of fruit and ornamental trees and has an area well used for irrigation, which is very useful in the dry season. In the center there is a \u201ccasita\u201d that needs renovation but already has clean water and electricity, a perfect option to receive your guests or rent. Several species of birds, hummingbirds, butterflies and howler monkeys are present daily.
