Wikipedia<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The town of Nuevo Arenal in the canton of Tilaran is located on the northeastern shore of Lake Arenal of the same name. Lake Arenal is a reservoir in Costa Rica and, with an area of 80 km2, is the largest inland lake in the country. It is located at the foot of the Arenal Volcano and near the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Wikipedia The city of Nuevo Arenal was founded in 1973 when the<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Work began on Lake Arenal. The population of Arenal was relocated to what is now Nuevo Arenal because of the flooding of the reservoir. This is where the name Nuevo Arenal comes from \u2013 New Arenal. This is the largest town on the route from Tilaran to La Fortuna.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Total property:<\/div>\n<div>Generate income immediately with guest houses and safe storage, enough land for self-catering. Our experience has shown that this is an ideal day trip, but we were always happy to be back in a more temperate climate.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Main house:<\/div>\n<div>The main house was created by a Swiss architect and a Swiss builder. It was built entirely according to European standards and with high quality materials. It is not \u2013 as is common on the American continent \u2013 a \u201csandwich building\u201d made of wooden frame covered with panels. The walls are made entirely of 15 cm thick concrete blocks and high-quality plaster. It would therefore be easy and relatively inexpensive to add another floor to the existing ground floor in order to expand the living space (and the view).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The infrastructure is state-of-the-art, the water supply in the house is piped with Sanipex, which makes replacing the pipes easy. Electrical wiring available throughout the house in both 110V and 220 volts. Sockets according to American, German and Swiss standards. Hot water supply via instantaneous water heater and solar panel. Central wastewater disposal through a septic tank was rebuilt last year. Internet and telephone are of course also hardwired. A satellite dish for television reception is on the roof<\/div>\n<div>assembled. 2 bathrooms, one with a huge shower cubicle and one with a shower and whirlpool bathtub. There is also a separate room for an employee with sleeping accommodation, kitchenette, shower and toilet. This allows you to accommodate a gardener\/guard according to local standards.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A laundry room is equipped with new, high-quality machines such as washing machines and tumble dryers. A large garage and 2 covered car shelters offer enough protected space for your vehicles or your hobby. The main house is separately fenced and therefore ideal for dogs. A large, beautiful radio-controlled gate separates it from the rest of the property. Access is via the approximately 70 meter paved road from the main entrance. The floor plan is ideal for a couple or a small family. Since life here in Costa Rica takes place mainly outside, a covered seating area, a viewing terrace and an atrium at the entrance are probably the center of life during the day. On the rare cooler days in December you will appreciate the integrated fireplace.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Casita Suizo (Guesthouse1)<\/div>\n<div>The Casita Suizo is \u2013 like the main house \u2013 completely made of stone. However, it has two floors and has a small wellness oasis built into the lower floor in addition to a large and high universal room of over 60 m2. A sun deck with sand, a relaxation area, a Finnish sauna and a cold and hot water pool and a rainforest shower are not missing here.<\/div>\n<div>On the upper floor there is comfortable space for a small family in the 2 bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with shower\/toilet and a cozy living room invite guests to linger here. But the Casito also has a lot to offer outside: a covered viewing terrace of over 50 m2 with a BBQ oven, a sunny lawn and even a small pool bar with a waterfall are sure to give you that Pura Vida feeling.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Casito Tico (2nd guest house)<\/div>\n<div>Casita Tico is very popular with our guests. It reflects the local way of life through its colorfulness, through the open kitchen, its large sun terrace and also impresses with the \u201cmillion dollar view!\u201d At night in bed you feel like you are in the jungle. Through<\/div>\n<div>The room-sized windows mean you can&#039;t see anything but nature from your bed. If you&#039;re lucky, you&#039;ll be woken up in the morning by the monkeys outside the window. The ground floor contains 2 air-conditioned and burglar-proof drying rooms; the most important thing in Costa Rica if you don&#039;t want to be there all the time and don&#039;t want to replace your electronic devices every 6 months. There is also a small wood warehouse, a chicken coop with enclosures, and a garden shed workshop. This guest house is also ideal for hobby or amateur radio operators, as it has a permanently installed antenna mast that can be extended to 10 meters.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Surroundings and facility<\/div>\n<div>Fully developed facility with potential<\/div>\n<div>The entire complex covers 3 hectares, completely fenced and divided into different zones for horse keeping. A horse stable with a ranch offers enough space for 2 horses, which can also move around and let off steam in the spacious pasture. Access is secured from the street by an electric gate. The main house also has an electric swing gate. The entrances to the houses and the stable are all paved with concrete. An idyllic palm tree avenue leads to the houses. All supply lines (electricity, water, internet) are newly laid and designed with control and maintenance shafts so that individual lines can be replaced or repaired. A small pool bar invites you to linger on hot days, while a sauna also helps during the rainy season. A fish or bathing pond in the lower area of the property is fed with fresh water from the Grenzbach and can certainly be used for fish farming. 2 leveled and compacted platforms have been created (including natural access) and are ready to be built on. A food forest with over 40 fruit and fruit trees is created as permaculture. Over 30 different foods grow here, from various fruits and vegetables to cocoa and coffee.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Price and financing<\/div>\n<div>Selling price<\/div>\n<div>The property can be purchased in whole or in part (individual plots).
