At the entrance of the Hotel Casa Leon there is a large living room, with reception and internal staircase to the 2nd floor.<br \/>\nAnother large, covered terrace with seating is located in the rear part.<\/p>\n<p>A functioning kitchen, also as a breakfast buffet, coffee and tea bar, and possibly a kitchen for the guests is also available.<\/p>\n<p>Downstairs, by the rear terrace, there is the laundry room, as well as a small bar with toilet and a capacity for up to 12 people (currently not in use), but could easily be opened for hotel guests.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is aimed at guests who want to spend their first, intermediate or last night in San Jos\u00e9. It is also ideal for those who want to experience San Jos\u00e9 by night. It is ideally located in the center for shopping in the large malls, visiting the cinema, theater, museums, the market, the pedestrian zone, etc., as no car is required.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is also used by guests as a central starting point for day trips such as to the volcanoes Irazu, Poas and the more distant Arenal, river rafting as well as various tours to coffee and pineapple plantations and much more. The hotel receives a commission for tours, reservations for rental cars, hotels, etc.<\/p>\n<p>In the low season, the hotel works with student groups, such as the \u201cRainforest of the Austrians\u201d nature station, who like to use the hotel at favorable conditions because of its strategic location.<\/p>\n<p>Compared to the hotel industry in coastal regions, San Jose has a major advantage in that it has a lower impact from seasonal fluctuations.<\/p>\n<p>The current owner is happy to share the experiences he has gained over the last few years with you as the future owner.<br \/>\nThe hotel can be reached in about 30 minutes from Santa Maria International Airport and is located in a central residential area of San Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel belongs to the province and canton of San Jose.<br \/>\nThe hotel is in good condition and in 2015, for example, all ceilings were redone, all rooms and bathrooms were renovated, the kitchen and terraces were repainted. In 2024, the roof was repainted.<\/p>\n<p>The positioning on the Internet is excellent due to the good name.
