For sale is a panoramic finca in the mountains with a private waterfall of 41,300 m2 (4.13 ha). Sale by owner.<\/p>\n

The altitude is 960 meters above sea level. Wonderful mountain climate (15-18\u00b0C at night, 21-27\u00b0C during the day). One of the boundaries of the site is the purest mountain river with a small private waterfall.<\/p>\n

The finca is fenced with concrete posts. Comprehensive engineering training was carried out. The finca consists of several multi-level terraces, between which a road and drainage channels are laid. There is electricity. A 50 kW transformer was purchased and installed exclusively for this finca (3 meters for home use with 100 A and 1 meter for industrial use with 200 A). The purest drinking water without chlorine or chemicals from a mountain river or spring.<\/p>\n

There is a small house on the finca, originally intended as a guest house or for employees, with unfinished interior and exterior decoration.<\/p>\n

There is also a warehouse\/workshop. The fiber optic internet cable has been laid. Magnificent evergreen nature, a huge amount of flora and fauna, the absence of neighbors (a neighbor comes once a month for a weekend). A very quiet and safe place.<\/p>\n

There are no screaming roosters in the morning, no loud mopeds. At a distance of 1.2 km there is an environmentally friendly dairy farm (lecher\u00eda) with natural products. 0.5 km away is the Don Jose coffee plantation, where you can always buy great fresh coffee.<\/p>\n

The nearest settlement, San Miguel de Sarapiqui, is 12 km away (4 km asphalt road + 8 km dirt road).<\/p>\n

This year the municipality passed a resolution to rebuild an unpaved road. There are no restrictions on the type of use for this property. The finca is ideal for an eco-farm, tourism or living in the middle of nature.<\/p>\n
