The property is located on a 10m wide public road, about 3km from the village center and the main road. All services are available in the neighboring village, such as shops, schools and a gas station. The new Turrialba Hospital has been completed and is in operation since 2023. It is located between Turrialba and La Suiza, about 10 minutes from the property.<\/p>\n

All trees are at least 15 years old. 3. Small pasture \nIt is the highest point (695 m) of the property and was added later to ensure sufficient distance between the new house and the neighboring house. The flat area at the top of the slope offers a beautiful and varied view. 4. Reforestation area and hiking trails. This area requires the most care. Plants worthy of protection are preserved or reforested. This forest area covers about 40 acres of the property and is accessed by hiking trails.
