Independent farm of 19506 m2, 1 main house, 1 two-story house "laundry and 2 storage", 1 guest house. Near La Suiza de Turrialba, Cartago, Costa Rica.<\/p>\n

The property is located on a 10m wide public road, about 3km from the village center and the main road. All services are available in the neighboring village, such as shops, schools and a gas station. The new Turrialba Hospital has been completed and is in operation since 2023. It is located between Turrialba and La Suiza, about 10 minutes from the property.<\/p>\n

The capital of Cartago province, Turrialba, can be reached in about 15 minutes. The property is located in a quiet environment known for its birdlife. The houses are accessed via a 7 m wide path (servitude) up to the houses.<\/p>\n

The topography of the property is varied, with flat areas and plantations. Beautiful views of the Turrialba volcano and the region<\/p>\n

Angostura in the Florentine plain. The site is supplied with drinking water, electricity and underground internet cables in accordance with the Electricity Code 2016.<\/p>\n

This flat plot borders a public road for a length of 23 m. In 2012, a 60 m2 habitable prefabricated house with a corrugated iron roof was built for a manager of the estate. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen and a terrace behind the house. The house is currently used as a guest house. A rudimentary stable exists on the west side. Service house and storage room<\/p>\n

At the end of the 7 m wide inner path, the high service house 2 is located on a hill. It is a two-storey, solid building clad in corrugated iron. This building contains a storage room on the 2 floors and will serve as a residential building during the construction period of the main house, and afterwards as a laundry room, kitchen and living space for the employees. This building includes a bedroom of 20 m2, a bathroom of 3 m2, a kitchen of 12 m2 and a small workshop of 9 m2. The sewage treatment plant for the main house and service house is housed under the floor slab of the opposite terrace. In front of the building there is a flat green area with a beautiful view.<\/p>\n

\nResidential building under construction, area 312 m2 The future residential building in gray factory state built of concrete block and corrugated iron roof in the highest area of the plot, at the end of the interior construction you can enjoy the view over the entire plot, the lowlands of Angostura as well as the Turrialba volcano and the surrounding mountains. With a living area of 192 m2, it consists of a large living room, a dining room with kitchen, a pantry, a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with bathroom. All rooms have views of a 120 m terrace<\/p>\n

\nOn a steep green area east of the easement, which stretches up to the house, there is an orchard with various types of fruit. There are sweet lemons, tangerines, oranges, water apples, guanabana (prickly pear), chestnuts, caimito (milk apple), carambola (star fruit), mara\u00f1\u00f3n (cashew nut), pitanga (cayenne cherry) and cherimoye. All trees are at least 15 years old. 3. Small pasture
\nIt is the highest point (695 m) of the property and was added later to ensure sufficient distance between the new house and the neighboring house. The flat area at the top of the slope offers a beautiful and varied view. 4. Reforestation area and hiking trails. This area requires the most care. Plants worthy of protection are preserved or reforested. This forest area covers about 40 acres of the property and is accessed by hiking trails. Among other things, yellow and green bamboo can be found in this forest. 5. Green area, planting of Gmelina trees (crate wood and pallets) To the right of the inner path, next to the guest house, there is a green area on a gently sloping terrain. 6. Pineapple plantations. Below the main house, a sector with pineapples (Hawaii) was planted. It extends over a slightly inclined slope that rises after the orchard.<\/p>\n
