Vermittlungs eines Kunden, ohne jegliche Beteiligung bei den Arbeiten, Begleitung zu den Besichtungen, \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen, sowie Mithilfe bis zum Kaufabschluss. Beispiel; Reine Vermittlung des Kunden-Namen und\/oder E-Mailadresse, ohne weitere Beteiligung und Mithilfe an den Arbeiten bis zum erfolgreichen Kaufabschluss. 10 % der Kommission.<\/p><p>2. Vermittlungs eines Kunden, mit teilweiser Beteiligung und Unterst\u00fctzung bei den Arbeiten, Begleitung zu den Besichtungen, \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen und Mithilfe bis zum Kaufabschluss. Beispiel; Es werden Informationen gliefert, was der Kunde genau Sucht, Region, Gr\u00f6sse, Preis, etc., sowie weitere Unterst\u00fctzung bis zum erfolgreichen Kaufabschluss. 15 % bis 25 % der Kommission je nach Aufwand und Mithilfe.<\/p><p>3. Vermittlung eines Kunden, mit Beteiligung, Betreung und Unterst\u00fctzung bei allen Arbeiten, Begleitung zu den Besichtungen, \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen, sowie Hilfestellung bis zum erfolgreichen Kaufabschluss. Beispiel; Vollst\u00e4ndige Lieferung der Kunden-Informationen was gesucht wird, Region, Gr\u00f6sse, Preis, etc., sowie volle Unterst\u00fctzung und Hilfestellung bis zum erfolgreichen Kaufabschluss. 25 % bis 50 % der Kommission je nach Aufwand und Mithilfe.<\/p><p><strong>Wichtig;<\/strong>\u00a0Der \u201cVermittler\u201d muss bei Costa Rica IMMO, den Kunden schriftlich registrieren. Nur so kann sichergestellt und garantieren werden, dass der Kunde nicht bereits in unserer Kundekartei vorhanden ist. Danach wird der Kunde als \u201cexclusiv\u201d f\u00fcr Sie eingetragen und schriftlich best\u00e4tigt. Unsere Loyalit\u00e4t, Provessionalit\u00e4t und Erhrlichkeit zeichnen uns aus. Wir sind bekannt daf\u00fcr, uns \u00fcberduchschnittlich viel M\u00fche zu geben und f\u00fcr die Kunden, die richtige Immobilie zu finden.<\/p><p>Wir freuen uns auf eine Gute und erfolgreiche
