Sin embargo, la peque\u00f1a comunidad de Samara est\u00e1 cerca y ofrece muchos restaurantes y tiendas, 2 mercados y un mercado agr\u00edcola semanal. Adem\u00e1s, se tarda 10 minutos hasta Garza, donde se puede comprar pescado fresco, y 15 minutos m\u00e1s, Nosara tambi\u00e9n ofrece varias tiendas, mercados y restaurantes. Villa Las Maracas est\u00e1 perfectamente ubicada para excursiones de un d\u00eda, visitar los atractivos de la zona o practicar deportes acu\u00e1ticos: surf, buceo, pesca, etc. El espacio de oficina con buena conexi\u00f3n a Internet (WiFi) y aire acondicionado le permite trabajar de forma remota c\u00f3modamente. . El suministro de agua potable de la casa se ampli\u00f3 con un sistema de filtrado. El porche delantero est\u00e1 equipado con una reja met\u00e1lica corredera para asegurar la casa, al igual que las ventanas, que cuentan con bonitos adornos de hierro forjado y mosquiteras.
