De momento el uso que hemos indicado es para ganado y teca de doble uso. Nuestro proyecto inici\u00f3 en 2009 y hasta el momento hemos plantado 18,500 \u00e1rboles de Teca. Plantamos 5.000 pl\u00e1ntulas por a\u00f1o, es decir, de 3 a 6 a\u00f1os.<br \/>\nLa zona es muy apta para plantaciones madereras y ganader\u00eda. Cerca de nosotros est\u00e1 una de las plantaciones de RACSA, y ahora nuestro vecino del frente es una empresa austriaca llamada TEAK HOLZ, que cultiva e invierte en teca en todo el mundo. Invirtieron mucho dinero y muchos trabajadores y convirtieron la finca ganadera del Teca en 100 %. Nuestra finca tiene el mismo potencial, pero no tenemos el capital para tal inversi\u00f3n. Nuestro proyecto fue un esfuerzo y solo est\u00e1 destinado a alguien que tenga la capacidad de llevarlo al siguiente nivel.<\/p>\n<p>Datos operativos:<\/p>\n<p>Adjunto dos documentos: el estudio y un mapa de Maderas Preciosas de Costa Rica del a\u00f1o 2009, el primer a\u00f1o que iniciamos el cultivo de teca. El mapa no se ha actualizado, pero las zonas 3, 6 y 7 ahora est\u00e1n plantadas de teca. Se plantaron un total de 18.500 \u00e1rboles. Desde 2009 hemos plantado 5.000 por a\u00f1o. Precious Woods nos ayud\u00f3 con la planificaci\u00f3n inicial y mantuvimos los \u00e1rboles con un miembro del personal de tiempo completo y ayuda adicional estacional seg\u00fan fuera necesario. El levantamiento es antiguo, el levantamiento correcto de la finca se hizo mediante GPS y tiene 73 hect\u00e1reas. Es una entidad separada de una LLC y todos los pagos de impuestos est\u00e1n al d\u00eda y la granja es libre y clara y es el \u00fanico activo en esta LLC, lo que puede significar ahorros de impuestos y hacer que la transferencia sea un proceso simple.<\/p>\n<p>La finca cuenta con electricidad justo en la puerta y 5 manantiales naturales que abastecen a la casa de los peque\u00f1os trabajadores con agua fresca y limpia y agua interna para el ganado. Hay un corral y un granero de postes. La finca se encuentra ubicada a 8 millas del centro de Las Juntas o 6 millas de la entrada al \u201cPUENTE DE LA AMISTAD\u201d ubicado sobre la Carretera Panamericana. Entonces hay dos formas de llegar a la finca. Tambi\u00e9n hay caminos internos y las zonas a\u00fan no plantadas de teca se utilizan para la cr\u00eda de ganado. La tierra en esta zona es rica y productiva. Nuestro vecino, justo enfrente, es TEAK HOLZ International, una empresa austriaca que ha invertido en teca en todo el mundo y ha plantado m\u00e1s de 100 hect\u00e1reas de teca
