Hay alrededor de 7.000 \u00e1rboles de teca con una circunferencia de entre 30 y 50 cm. Una peque\u00f1a parte es nueva plantaci\u00f3n. El resto, aproximadamente 8 hect\u00e1reas, est\u00e1 formado por bosque, matorral y un peque\u00f1o arroyo atraviesa la finca. El terreno es monta\u00f1oso y tiene unas bonitas colinas con maravillosas vistas a la monta\u00f1a y al mar. Ideal para construir hermosas casas particulares o proyectos despu\u00e9s de la tala.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El acceso es por un muy buen camino de ripio (que estar\u00e1 asfaltado), hay electricidad, agua y cobertura de tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil. Es posible solicitar Internet y TV v\u00eda sat\u00e9lite.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Parrita: es un peque\u00f1o pueblo ubicado entre Jaco y Quepos en la carretera principal de la Costanera. El pueblo ha experimentado un gran auge en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os debido a la reforestaci\u00f3n, el turismo y la agricultura. El siguiente pueblo m\u00e1s grande es Parrita con muy buena infraestructura (supermercados, banco, farmacia, m\u00e9dicos, panader\u00eda, escuelas, restaurantes, gasolinera, hospital, oficina de correos, estaci\u00f3n central de autobuses en todas direcciones, ferreter\u00edas, talleres y mucho m\u00e1s). . Las playas m\u00e1s cercanas, Palo Seco y Playa Bandera, est\u00e1n a poca distancia. A trav\u00e9s de una carretera costera asfaltada se puede llegar en 40 km a la elegante localidad costera de Jaco (campeonato mundial de surf 2009), a 45 km de Quepos y al famoso Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. El aeropuerto m\u00e1s cercano est\u00e1 en Quepos, hay una pista de aterrizaje en Parrita.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El clima; Tropicalmente c\u00e1lido, las temperaturas pueden alcanzar hasta 32\u00b0C durante el d\u00eda.
