Est\u00e1 cerca de las numerosas reservas naturales y de Playa Camaronal no administrada y de las playas de Nosara, Playa Guiones, Playa Carrara, Playa Samara y Punta Islita a menos de 45 minutos en coche. La finca est\u00e1 ubicada directamente en la Pen\u00ednsula de Nicoya a una altitud de 400 metros. La finca consta de alrededor de 40 hect\u00e1reas plantadas con \u00e1rboles maduros de pochote de entre 20 y 35 a\u00f1os. La granja tambi\u00e9n califica para cr\u00e9ditos de carbono o una reserva ecol\u00f3gica seg\u00fan la Ley de Reforestaci\u00f3n de 1983. Plantamos Pochote por la naturaleza ind\u00edgena de Costa Rica. La finca cuenta con un ingeniero forestal por un per\u00edodo de 1 a\u00f1o que ayudar\u00e1 directamente con la pr\u00f3xima serie de plantaciones o con la devoluci\u00f3n de los cr\u00e9ditos de carbono si decide no talar los \u00e1rboles.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>EST\u00c1 CERCA DE OTRAS RESERVAS ECO QUE SE ENCUENTRAN EN RAINFOREST ALLIANCE. TAMBI\u00c9N EST\u00c1 EN LA ZONA AZUL Y MEJORA LA APLICACI\u00d3N PARA INVERSORES CON CONCIENCIA AMBIENTAL.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Hay buenas conexiones con Nicoya y Samara con tiendas, escuelas y hospitales a aproximadamente 30 minutos. Tienes acceso a electricidad y tel\u00e9fonos, TV v\u00eda sat\u00e9lite, recepci\u00f3n de celulares durante todo el a\u00f1o. La zona es rural y los vaqueros conducen su ganado a caballo. Los carros de bueyes son un medio com\u00fan para transportar madera y la gente sigue siendo amable y servicial.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cerca del Parque Nacional Barra Honda se encuentra una de las cuevas y bosques secos m\u00e1s bellos del mundo. Hay innumerables animales como aves acu\u00e1ticas, cocodrilos y bosques de manglares.<\/div>\n<div>Hermosas playas del Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico est\u00e1n a su alcance. En unos 45 minutos Samara y Tamarindo no est\u00e1n mucho m\u00e1s lejos. Arenal, el volc\u00e1n activo de Costa Rica y los spas est\u00e1n a una hora en coche.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Las playas cercanas: Samara, Coyote, Bejujo, San Miguel, Punta Islita son relativamente f\u00e1ciles de llegar en coche. Samara tiene una de las playas de arena fina m\u00e1s hermosas de Costa Rica. Samara es una de las islas m\u00e1s bellas del mundo. La playa es muy segura y apta para el ocio.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Guanacaste:<\/div>\n<div>Guanacaste es la provincia noroeste de Costa Rica. La provincia tiene una superficie de 10.141 km\u00b2 y tiene una poblaci\u00f3n de 264.238 (2000). La capital de la provincia es Liberia. Guanacaste limita al oeste con el Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico.
