Desde la amplia terraza se tiene vista al mar y se pueden contemplar hermosas puestas de sol. La parcela de 6.789 m2 est\u00e1 ubicada junto a una reserva natural y tambi\u00e9n tiene vistas al Golfo de Puntarenas y las monta\u00f1as circundantes.<\/p>\n<p>Con 4 dormitorios con pisos de teca, 4 ba\u00f1os, jacuzzi, 3 balcones, amplio sal\u00f3n-comedor y cocina, y una hermosa terraza podr\u00e1s sentirte como en casa. La piscina ofrece relajaci\u00f3n y refresco. Ubicaci\u00f3n muy segura y tranquila, muy buen clima y el mejor barrio.<\/p>\n<p>Otros: Buen acceso, electricidad, paneles solares, agua, tel\u00e9fono, TV v\u00eda sat\u00e9lite, internet y buena recepci\u00f3n de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n<p>Distancias<br \/>\nLa casa est\u00e1 ubicada en una urbanizaci\u00f3n tranquila y segura y est\u00e1 a 8 km del pueblo de Orotina y aproximadamente a 15 km de Atenas. La nueva carretera n\u00ba 27 conecta San Jos\u00e9 con el Pac\u00edfico, por lo que se puede llegar a la capital y las playas en 30 - 40 minutos. La ventaja es vivir en una zona rural, pero cerca de todos los comercios, escuelas, bancos, m\u00e9dicos y restaurantes necesarios. Se espera un alto crecimiento del valor. Clima. Desmontes pertenece a la provincia de Alajuela y est\u00e1 aproximadamente a 50 km al noroeste de San Jos\u00e9 a 600 a 800 m sobre el nivel del mar. En Orotina y Atenas encontrar\u00e1 todas las oportunidades de compras, m\u00e9dicos, cruz roja, farmacias, escuelas p\u00fablicas y privadas, bancos, ferreter\u00edas, gasolineras y muchos otros proveedores de servicios. En medio de los peque\u00f1os pueblos se encuentra la iglesia al lado del parque central. Los residentes son muy amigables y abiertos con los extranjeros. Aqu\u00ed se han formado atractivos oasis tropicales y multiculturales donde familias, jubilados, trotamundos que buscan paz y tranquilidad, as\u00ed como individualistas pueden establecerse y sentirse c\u00f3modos.<\/p>\n<p>Clima:<br \/>\nUno de los principales argumentos para establecerse en la zona de Desmontes es el clima. National Geographic escribi\u00f3: \u201cEl mejor clima del mundo\u201d. La mayor parte del tiempo se siente una brisa ligera y agradable. A menudo llueve en Heredia, San Jos\u00e9 o Santa Ana mientras que en Atenas brilla el sol. Las temperaturas promedio var\u00edan entre 19\u00b0C - 20\u00b0C por la noche y entre 27\u00b0C - 29\u00b0C durante el d\u00eda.
