Venta por propietario.<\/p>\n<p>La altitud es de 960 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Maravilloso clima de monta\u00f1a (15-18\u00b0C por la noche, 21-27\u00b0C durante el d\u00eda). Uno de los l\u00edmites del sitio es el r\u00edo de monta\u00f1a m\u00e1s puro con una peque\u00f1a cascada privada.<\/p>\n<p>La finca est\u00e1 vallada con postes de hormig\u00f3n. A 1,2 km se encuentra una lecher\u00eda respetuosa con el medio ambiente y con productos naturales. A 0,5 km se encuentra la plantaci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 Don Jos\u00e9, donde siempre se puede comprar un excelente caf\u00e9 reci\u00e9n hecho.<\/p>\n<p>El asentamiento m\u00e1s cercano, San Miguel de Sarapiqu\u00ed, est\u00e1 a 12 km (4 km de camino asfaltado + 8 km de camino de tierra).<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o el municipio aprob\u00f3 una resoluci\u00f3n para reconstruir un camino de terracer\u00eda. No existen restricciones sobre el tipo de uso de esta propiedad.
