La casa tiene una superficie construida de 130 m2 y cuenta con 2 dormitorios, cada uno con su ba\u00f1o, vestidor junto al dormitorio principal, sal\u00f3n comedor inundado de mucha luz natural, amplia y moderna cocina con encimera de granito, terraza. , lavadero, zona de estar cubierta detr\u00e1s de la casa. Atenas pertenece a la provincia de Alajuela, se ubica al oeste de San Jos\u00e9 y es considerada una de las zonas residenciales preferidas por los emigrantes del pa\u00eds debido a su ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y su clima templado y primaveral. Atenas es un pueblo peque\u00f1o, rural, id\u00edlico y limpio, con poco m\u00e1s de 5.000 habitantes (unos 18.000 en la regi\u00f3n) y a unos 35 km al noroeste de San Jos\u00e9, entre 600 y 900 m sobre el nivel del mar. Al moderno distrito de Escaz\u00fa con sus centros comerciales, tiendas, restaurantes, cines, hoteles, bancos, hospitales, etc. se puede llegar por carretera en unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n

El coraz\u00f3n de Atenas es el parque con muchas palmeras grandes, alrededor del cual se encuentran varios restaurantes, cafeter\u00edas, bancos, panader\u00edas, boutiques, etc. Todos los viernes por la ma\u00f1ana hay un mercado donde se pueden comprar productos org\u00e1nicos frescos como frutas, verduras y mucho m\u00e1s. En Atenas hay todas las tiendas, m\u00e9dicos, la Cruz Roja, farmacias, escuelas p\u00fablicas y privadas, bancos, ferreter\u00edas, gasolineras y muchos otros proveedores de servicios. En medio de esta peque\u00f1a y limpia ciudad se encuentra la iglesia, junto al parque central bordeado de palmeras.<\/p>\n

Los residentes son muy amables y cerrados a los extranjeros. Aqu\u00ed se han formado numerosos oasis atractivos, tropicales y multiculturales, donde familias, jubilados, trotamundos que buscan paz y tranquilidad e individualistas pueden establecerse y sentirse como en casa.<\/p>\n

Clima: Uno de los principales argumentos para establecerse en la zona de Atenas es el clima. National Geographic escribi\u00f3: \u201cEl mejor clima del mundo\u201d. Generalmente se puede sentir una brisa ligera y agradable. En Heredia, San Jos\u00e9 o Santa Ana suele reinar, mientras que en Atenas brilla el sol. Las temperaturas medias var\u00edan entre 20\u00b0C y 23\u00b0C durante la noche y entre 27\u00b0C y 29\u00b0C durante el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Atenas se encuentra a unos 650 metros sobre el nivel del mar y disfruta de un clima primaveral perfecto pr\u00e1cticamente durante todo el a\u00f1o. La nueva carretera San Jos\u00e9 \u2013 Caldera pasa por Atenas y reduce significativamente el tiempo de viaje a San Jos\u00e9 y la costa.<\/p>\n

San Jos\u00e9 y el mar se encuentran a unos 30 minutos. Entorno: La regi\u00f3n de Atenas, muy f\u00e9rtil y verde, constituye el foco econ\u00f3mico, donde se fomenta especialmente el cultivo de caf\u00e9 y az\u00facar, pero tambi\u00e9n hay muchos peque\u00f1os agricultores con todo tipo de frutas desarrolladas.<\/p>\n
