En voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre Hojancha en quelques minutes et les plus belles plages du Pacifique telles que Playa Samara et Playa Carrillo en environ 50 minutes. Le climat est agr\u00e9able toute l&#039;ann\u00e9e, donc ni climatisation ni chauffage ne sont n\u00e9cessaires. Depuis la maison, vous pourrez profiter d&#039;une vue sur le golfe de Nicoya et les majestueuses cr\u00eates des montagnes.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre naturel permet d&#039;observer de nombreux animaux tels qu&#039;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;oiseaux, dont des perroquets, des papillons, des toucans, des colibris, etc. Des singes viennent \u00e9galement r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement nous rendre visite et grimper dans les arbres de la for\u00eat voisine. La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 poss\u00e8de de nombreux fruits biologiques non trait\u00e9s tels que des bananes, des oranges, des mandarines, des mangues, des mangas, des caramboles et en mai\/juin m\u00eame des avocats. De cette fa\u00e7on, vous pouvez cueillir vos propres fruits sains, fra\u00eechement cueillis sur l&#039;arbre. Juste en dessous de la maison se trouve un petit poulailler nouvellement construit avec des enclos cl\u00f4tur\u00e9s o\u00f9 vous pouvez garder vos propres poulets biologiques et obtenir des \u0153ufs. L&#039;approvisionnement en eau est assur\u00e9 par l&#039;eau de source publique de montagne de haute qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;Asada, et la maison est bien entendu raccord\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique public ICE.
