La maison est situ\u00e9e dans un emplacement central (\u00e0 5 m de la ville la plus proche de Parrita) et \u00e0 seulement 700 m\u00e8tres de la belle plage de 8 km de long.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La maison de plage comprend un grand salon, une cuisine, deux chambres, une salle de bains et une buanderie. La surface b\u00e2tie est de 80 m\u00b2 et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 totalise environ 541 m\u00b2. Il y a un petit magasin (\u00ab Pulperia \u00bb) \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres de la maison et l&#039;\u00e9cole et un terrain de sport sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tout est l\u00e9galement en ordre et r\u00e9glement\u00e9 (avec inscription au registre foncier).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Comme mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus, la ville la plus proche n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres.
