Pour le moment, l&#039;utilisation que nous avons indiqu\u00e9e concerne le b\u00e9tail et le teck \u00e0 double usage. Notre projet a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2009 et jusqu&#039;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, nous avons plant\u00e9 18 500 arbres Teca. Nous avons plant\u00e9 5000 plants par an, soit \u00e2g\u00e9s de 3 \u00e0 6 ans.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9gion est tr\u00e8s adapt\u00e9e aux plantations de bois et \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9levage. Pr\u00e8s de nous se trouve une des plantations de RACSA, et maintenant notre voisin de front est une entreprise autrichienne appel\u00e9e TEAK HOLZ, qui cultive et investit dans le teck dans le monde entier. Ils ont investi beaucoup d&#039;argent et beaucoup de travailleurs et ont transform\u00e9 l&#039;\u00e9levage de b\u00e9tail Teca en 100 %. Notre domaine a le m\u00eame potentiel, mais nous n&#039;avons pas le capital pour un tel investissement. Notre projet est un effort et est uniquement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un qui a la capacit\u00e9 de passer au niveau sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Donn\u00e9es d&#039;exploitation:<\/p>\n<p>Je joins deux documents\u00a0: l&#039;enqu\u00eate et une carte des bois pr\u00e9cieux du Costa Rica datant de 2009, la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 cultiver du teck. La carte n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 jour, mais les zones 3, 6 et 7 sont d\u00e9sormais plant\u00e9es de teck. Au total, 18 500 arbres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9s. Depuis 2009, nous en avons plant\u00e9 5 000 par an. Precious Woods nous a aid\u00e9s avec la planification initiale et nous avons entretenu les arbres avec un membre du personnel \u00e0 temps plein et une aide saisonni\u00e8re suppl\u00e9mentaire si n\u00e9cessaire. L&#039;enqu\u00eate est ancienne, l&#039;enqu\u00eate correcte de la ferme a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;aide du GPS et porte sur 73 hectares. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une entit\u00e9 distincte d&#039;une LLC et tous les paiements d&#039;imp\u00f4ts sont \u00e0 jour et la ferme est libre et claire et constitue le seul actif de cette LLC, ce qui peut signifier des \u00e9conomies d&#039;imp\u00f4ts et faire du transfert un processus simple.<\/p>\n<p>La ferme dispose de l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 juste \u00e0 la porte et de 5 sources naturelles qui fournissent \u00e0 la petite maison des ouvriers de l&#039;eau fra\u00eeche et propre et de l&#039;eau interne pour le b\u00e9tail. Il y a un corral et une grange \u00e0 poteaux. La ferme est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 8 miles du centre de Las Juntas ou \u00e0 6 miles de l&#039;entr\u00e9e du \u00ab PONT AMISTAD \u00bb situ\u00e9 sur l&#039;autoroute panam\u00e9ricaine. Il y a donc deux fa\u00e7ons d&#039;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la ferme. Il existe \u00e9galement des routes int\u00e9rieures et les zones non encore plant\u00e9es de teck sont utilis\u00e9es pour l&#039;\u00e9levage du b\u00e9tail. Les terres de cette zone sont riches et productives. Notre voisin juste en face est TEAK HOLZ International, une entreprise autrichienne qui a investi dans le teck dans le monde entier et y a plant\u00e9 plus de 100 hectares de teck.<\/p>\n<p>Offre
