Il existe environ 7 000 tecks d&#039;une circonf\u00e9rence comprise entre 30 et 50 cm. Une petite partie est constitu\u00e9e de nouvelles plantations. Le reste, environ 8 hectares, est constitu\u00e9 de for\u00eat, de brousse et un petit ruisseau traverse la ferme. Le terrain est vallonn\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sente de belles collines offrant une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et la mer. Id\u00e9al pour construire de belles maisons priv\u00e9es ou des projets apr\u00e8s abattage.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>L&#039;acc\u00e8s se fait par une tr\u00e8s bonne route de gravier (qui sera goudronn\u00e9e), l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, l&#039;eau et la r\u00e9ception de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables sont disponibles. Internet et la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision par satellite peuvent \u00eatre demand\u00e9s.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Parrita : est une petite ville situ\u00e9e entre Jaco et Quepos sur la route principale Costanera. Le village a connu un essor majeur ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au reboisement, au tourisme et \u00e0 l&#039;agriculture. La prochaine grande ville est Parrita avec une tr\u00e8s bonne infrastructure (supermarch\u00e9s, banque, pharmacie, m\u00e9decins, boulangerie, \u00e9coles, restaurants, station-service, h\u00f4pital, poste, gare centrale de bus dans toutes les directions, quincailleries, ateliers et bien plus encore). . Les plages les plus proches, Palo Seco et Playa Bandera, sont facilement accessibles. La station baln\u00e9aire sophistiqu\u00e9e de Jaco (championnat du monde de surf 2009) est accessible par une route c\u00f4ti\u00e8re asphalt\u00e9e \u00e0 40 km, Quepos avec le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre parc national Manuel Antonio est \u00e0 45 km.
