La ferme est situ\u00e9e directement sur la p\u00e9ninsule de Nicoya, \u00e0 400 m\u00e8tres d&#039;altitude. La finca s&#039;\u00e9tend sur environ 40 hectares plant\u00e9s d&#039;arbres pochotes matures \u00e2g\u00e9s de 20 \u00e0 35 ans. La ferme est \u00e9galement \u00e9ligible aux cr\u00e9dits carbone ou \u00e0 une \u00e9co-r\u00e9serve en vertu de la loi sur le reboisement de 1983. Nous avons plant\u00e9 Pochote en raison de la nature indig\u00e8ne du Costa Rica. La ferme est accompagn\u00e9e d&#039;un ing\u00e9nieur forestier pour une dur\u00e9e de 1 an qui aidera directement \u00e0 la prochaine s\u00e9rie de plantations ou \u00e0 la restitution des cr\u00e9dits carbone si vous d\u00e9cidez de ne pas couper les arbres.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>IL EST PROCHE D&#039;AUTRES R\u00c9SERVES \u00c9COLOGIQUES QUI SONT DANS LA RAINFOREST ALLIANCE. IL EST \u00c9GALEMENT DANS LA ZONE BLEUE ET AM\u00c9LIORE L&#039;APPLICATION POUR LES INVESTISSEURS CONSCIENTS DE L&#039;ENVIRONNEMENT.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Il y a de bonnes liaisons vers Nicoya et Samara avec des commerces, des \u00e9coles et des h\u00f4pitaux \u00e0 environ 30 minutes. Vous avez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision par satellite, \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables toute l&#039;ann\u00e9e. La r\u00e9gion est rurale avec des cowboys conduisant leur b\u00e9tail \u00e0 cheval. Les charrettes \u00e0 b\u0153ufs sont un moyen courant de transport du bois et les gens sont toujours amicaux et serviables.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pr\u00e8s du parc national de Barra Honda se trouve l\u2019une des plus belles grottes et for\u00eats s\u00e8ches du monde. Il existe d&#039;innombrables animaux tels que des oiseaux aquatiques, des crocodiles et des for\u00eats de mangroves.<\/div>\n<div>De belles plages de l&#039;oc\u00e9an Pacifique sont \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main. En 45 minutes environ, Samara et Tamarindo ne sont plus beaucoup plus loin. Arenal, le volcan actif du Costa Rica et ses spas, se trouvent \u00e0 une heure de route.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Les plages \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 : Samara, Coyote, Bejujo, San Miguel, Punta Islita sont relativement faciles d&#039;acc\u00e8s en voiture. Samara poss\u00e8de l&#039;une des plus belles plages de sable fin du Costa Rica. Samara est l&#039;une des plus belles \u00eeles du monde. La plage est tr\u00e8s s\u00fbre et adapt\u00e9e aux loisirs.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Guanacaste\u00a0:<\/div>\n<div>Guanacaste est la province du nord-ouest du Costa Rica.
