Il existe actuellement des preuves officielles (Uso de Suelo) selon lesquelles la construction peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur le terrain de 32 ha \u00e0 des fins priv\u00e9es ou touristiques.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du long village de Playa Cacau, directement sur la baie de Golfito, dans la r\u00e9serve naturelle \u00ab Refugio de Vida Silvestre Golfito \u00bb.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Playa Cacao est un petit village avec des restaurants, une \u00e9cole et une petite station baln\u00e9aire pour le tourisme naturel. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;environ 500 m de sentier pav\u00e9 le long de la plage jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la route principale non pav\u00e9e menant \u00e0 Golfito. Il n&#039;y a pas de voie d&#039;acc\u00e8s directe pour une voiture \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Toutes les autres possibilit\u00e9s d&#039;approvisionnement (poste, banque, h\u00f4pital, pharmacie, a\u00e9roport, commerces...) se trouvent dans la ville de Golfito, accessible en bateau \u00e0 travers la baie en 10 minutes environ. Peut \u00eatre atteint.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 elle-m\u00eame se compose de 32 hectares de jungle sur un terrain en pente et de 5 hectares de terrain plat en concession (bananiers, cacaoyers, divers arbres fruitiers tropicaux...) avec une zone de plage directe (plage de galets) et dispose de son propre approvisionnement en eau. d&#039;une source de jungle et d&#039;un branchement \u00e9lectrique.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Il y a une maison non autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9nover sur le terrain de la concession (construite en 1992, b\u00e9ton\/bois).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La maison a une superficie de 80 m\u00b2 et se compose d&#039;un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et d&#039;un grenier tout aussi grand d&#039;environ 40 m\u00b2 habitables (mansard\u00e9s). Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e est une unit\u00e9 enti\u00e8re avec un coin cuisine\/salle \u00e0 manger\/salon (environ 60 m\u00b2) et 8 petites pi\u00e8ces s\u00e9par\u00e9es (environ 2,5 m\u00b2 chacune) dans lesquelles se trouvent les toilettes, la douche, la buanderie et le cellier\/d\u00e9barras.
