L&#039;a\u00e9roport le plus proche se trouve dans la ville de Liberia, \u00e0 environ une heure de route.<\/p>\n<p>La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est situ\u00e9e dans une vall\u00e9e \u00e0 seulement 5 km de la route principale, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du village de Guastomatal et \u00e0 seulement 20 km de la plus grande ville de Nicoya. Cette zone borde un parc national prot\u00e9g\u00e9, le flanc de la montagne offre donc des vues fantastiques et il n&#039;y a aucun risque que la vue soit obscurcie par le d\u00e9veloppement. Il est suffisamment \u00e9loign\u00e9 pour offrir de l&#039;intimit\u00e9 mais \u00e9galement suffisamment proche des villes et des plages.<\/p>\n<p>Les plages \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 sont : Playa Samara, Playa Carillo, Playa Tamarindo, Playa Conchal et bien d&#039;autres le long de la c\u00f4te.<\/p>\n<p>La grande maison d&#039;environ 300 m2, compos\u00e9e d&#039;un s\u00e9jour, cuisine ouverte, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, buanderie, terrasse, bodega, garage pour 4 voitures et bien plus encore.<br \/>\nLa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est entour\u00e9e d&#039;un \u00e9crin de verdure et le jardin de 1 992 m2 est soigneusement entretenu. Le jardin est en excellent \u00e9tat et il y a de nombreux arbres fruitiers comme des orangers et des mandariniers, des citronniers, des bananiers, des guanabanas, des manguiers, des papayers et bien d&#039;autres - le tout pour un mode de vie biologique et sain. R\u00e9cemment, le village de Guastomatal et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s environnantes (dont celle-ci) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 desservis par un syst\u00e8me d&#039;aqueduc municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Une entr\u00e9e cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 assure intimit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La voisine est une Canadienne qui vit \u00e0 temps partiel au Costa Rica et qui a \u00e9galement un gestionnaire immobilier \u00e0 temps plein sur sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
