La surface b\u00e2tie est d&#039;environ 40 m\u00b2 et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 totalise 304 m\u00b2. Il y a un petit magasin (\u00ab Pulperia \u00bb) \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres de la maison et l&#039;\u00e9cole et un terrain de sport sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le petit projet immobilier avec une maison simple est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 seulement 10 km environ de la capitale du district Parrita, dans une zone rurale et calme. Il se trouve \u00e9galement \u00e0 seulement 15 minutes environ de la mer, Playa Bandera.<\/p>\n<p>Parrita : est un lieu situ\u00e9 entre Jaco et Quepos sur la route principale Costanera. Le village a connu une grande croissance ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au reboisement, au tourisme et \u00e0 l&#039;agriculture.<br \/>\nredressement. Banques, poste, station-service, m\u00e9decins, h\u00f4tels, restaurants, magasins, etc. sont disponibles.
