Si trova in una posizione sicura su una strada di accesso asfaltata di 300 m protetta da un cancello di accesso. Anche l&#039;accesso alla propriet\u00e0 \u00e8 protetto da un cancello scorrevole. La propriet\u00e0 \u00e8 di circa 2700 m2 con vari alberi da frutto come banane, guanabana, mandarini, pompelmi, palme da cocco, avocado e lime. Due vicini amichevoli, il contadino Manuel e la signora Euvemia, sono pi\u00f9 offensivi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sul tetto \u00e8 presente un impianto fotovoltaico per un serbatoio di acqua calda da 350 litri di Reto Rechsteiner. 4 camere doppie con bagno e acqua calda.
