Dall&#039;ampio terrazzo si ha una vista sul mare e si possono ammirare splendidi tramonti. Il terreno di 6.789 m2 si trova accanto a una riserva naturale e ha anche una vista sul Golfo di Puntarenas e sulle montagne circostanti.<\/p>\n<p>Con 4 camere da letto con pavimenti in teak, 4 bagni, jacuzzi, 3 balconi, ampio soggiorno-sala da pranzo e cucina, e una bellissima terrazza potrete sentirvi a casa. La piscina offre relax e ristoro. A seconda della stagione, le temperature diurne sono comprese tra 25 e 30 gradi Celsius e di notte scendono fino a circa 18-20 gradi.<\/p>\n<p>La casa, costruita nel 2006, si trova tra Atenas e Orotina, in una zona residenziale tranquilla e rurale. A soli 10 minuti dal paese di Orotina, 15 minuti da Atenas e 50 da Escaz\u00fa. Posizione molto sicura e tranquilla, clima molto bello e il miglior quartiere.<\/p>\n<p>Altro: Sono disponibili un buon accesso, elettricit\u00e0, pannelli solari, acqua, telefono, TV satellitare, internet e una buona ricezione del cellulare.<\/p>\n<p>Distanze<br \/>\nLa casa si trova in un&#039;urbanizzazione tranquilla e sicura e dista 8 km dal centro abitato di Orotina e circa 15 km da Atenas. La nuova autostrada N. 27 collega San Jos\u00e9 con il Pacifico, in modo che la capitale e le spiagge possano essere raggiunte in 30 - 40 minuti. Il vantaggio \u00e8 vivere in una zona rurale, ma vicino a tutti i negozi, scuole, banche, medici e ristoranti necessari. \u00c8 prevedibile una forte crescita del valore. Clima. Desmontes appartiene alla provincia di Alajuela e si trova a circa 50 km a nord-ovest di San Jos\u00e9, ad un&#039;altitudine compresa tra 600 e 800 m sul livello del mare. Ad Orotina e Atenas troverete tutte le possibilit\u00e0 di shopping, medici, Croce Rossa, farmacie, scuole pubbliche e private, banche, ferramenta, distributori di benzina e tanti altri fornitori di servizi. Nel mezzo delle piccole citt\u00e0 si trova la chiesa accanto al parco centrale. I residenti sono molto amichevoli e aperti verso gli stranieri. Qui si sono formate delle attraenti oasi tropicali e multiculturali dove famiglie, pensionati, giramondo in cerca di pace e tranquillit\u00e0, nonch\u00e9 individualisti possono stabilirsi e sentirsi a proprio agio.<\/p>\n<p>Clima:<br \/>\nUno dei principali argomenti per stabilirsi nella zona di Desmontes \u00e8 il clima. Il National Geographic ha scritto: \u201cIl miglior clima del mondo\u201d. Per la maggior parte del tempo si avverte una brezza leggera e piacevole. Piove spesso a Heredia, San Jose o Santa Ana mentre il sole splende ad Atenas. Le temperature medie variano tra i 19\u00b0C - 20\u00b0C durante la notte e tra i 27\u00b0C - 29\u00b0C durante il giorno.
