1. Mediation of a customer, without any involvement in the work, accompaniment to the viewings, inspections, as well as assistance until the purchase is completed. Example; Simply providing the customer's name and/or email address, without any further involvement or assistance in the work until the purchase is successfully completed. 10 % of the Commission.
2. Mediation of a customer, with partial participation and support in the work, accompaniment to the viewings, checks and assistance until the purchase is completed. Example; Information is provided about what exactly the customer is looking for, region, size, price, etc., as well as further support until the purchase is successfully completed. 15 % to 25 % from the commission depending on effort and assistance.
3. Placement of a customer, with participation, supervision and support in all work, accompaniment to viewings, inspections, as well as assistance until the purchase is successfully completed. Example; Complete delivery of customer information about what they are looking for, region, size, price, etc., as well as full support and assistance until the purchase is successfully completed. 25 % to 50 % from the commission depending on effort and assistance.
Important; The “agent” must register the customer in writing with Costa Rica IMMO. This is the only way to ensure and guarantee that the customer is not already in our customer file. The customer will then be registered as “exclusive” for you and confirmed in writing. Our loyalty, professionalism and honesty set us apart. We are known for putting in an above-average amount of effort to find the right property for our customers.
