OUR CUSTOMER REFERRAL AND COMMISSION MODELS
Depending on the extent of your participation, your personal commitment and your support, we offer the following commission models:

1. Pure customer referral – 15% of the commission
They connect us with a potential property buyer without subsequently participating in further support or processing.

Example:

You provide us with the name and/or contact details (e.g. email address) of an interested customer.
Costa Rica IMMO then takes over all communication, advice, property search and support.
They have no further obligation or active participation in the mediation process.
Your contribution: 10% of our actual brokerage commission received.

2. Customer referral with partial support – 15% to 25% of the commission
They refer a client and also support us with information and a certain degree of involvement during the referral process.

Example:

They provide us with customer contact information and more details about the customer's property requirements.
They inform us about the desired regions, property types, plot or house sizes, price expectations and other requirements.
They support us, if needed, with communication, coordination or organization of visits.
They accompany the customer to some extent and help with questions or further clarifications until the successful completion of the purchase.
Your share: 15% to 25% of our actual brokerage commission received, depending on the extent of your support and your personal commitment.

3. Active customer support and comprehensive cooperation – 25% to 50% of the commission
They refer clients and actively and comprehensively participate in their support and the entire referral process.

Example:

They provide us with all relevant information about the customer's wishes and expectations.
They support targeted property searches with regard to region, location, size, features, price and other requirements.
They accompany the customer on site visits and assist with necessary checks and clarifications.
They are available to the customer as a contact person throughout the entire placement process.
They support and guide the collaboration until the successful completion of the purchase.
Your share: 25% to 50% of our actual brokerage commission received, depending on your actual participation, your workload and the extent of your support.

The specific commission amount is agreed upon individually and in writing before the start of the collaboration.

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
In order for your customer referrals to be clearly assigned and your commission claims to be secured accordingly, written registration of the customer with Costa Rica IMMO is required.

Here's how registration works:

You notify us of the potential customer in writing before the first contact, including their name and available contact details.
We check whether the customer in question is already registered in our customer database or is already in contact with us.
If the customer is not yet registered with us, we will confirm the successful registration in writing.

The customer will then be exclusively assigned to your referral and recorded accordingly in our customer file.

Customer referrals are only considered recognized once we have provided written confirmation of registration.

Registration serves mutual protection and creates clear conditions for fair and transparent cooperation.

Further details regarding the duration of the registration, the commission claim and the payment will be set out in the written agreement.
