In addition to the open island kitchen, there is also 1/2 bathroom (guest toilet with sink) and it goes in both directions (balcony with sports equipment, or to the pool). The main house is built around the pool with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and windows.
From the kitchen to the right there is the entrance hall and then to the right the large light-flooded living room, or to the left via a hallway and an airy cloister to the guest house, with 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom.
In the guest wing, with its own entrance, there are up to 2 bedrooms with beds of 2 x 2 m and 2 x 1.60 m for 2 people each, as well as an additional sofa bed for another 1-2 people if required.
The guest wing has its own shower room with a luxurious wellness shower, washbasin with illuminated make-up mirror and toilet.
A small office room, where the sofa bed is located, is equipped with a large screen monitor (cable TV with basic and premium channels, Apple TV and Fire Stick TV) as well as a work table, 2 monitors, a PC sound system and also a printer, as well as a personal lockable safe for valuables.
The guest wing has its own, undisturbed access; however, the work and printing area is also occasionally used by the landlord.
The spacious terrace area with modern, comfortable pool furniture, pool and heated whirlpool is available to guests without restriction, but is also used by the landlord and his wife.
From the main house, there is access via an island kitchen to a balcony with various sports equipment that can be used by the guests (but also by the landlord and his wife).
Near the settlement, on the road #239, outside the gate, there is a small shop (Pulperia El Mana) to cover daily needs.
The cantonal capital (Santiago de) Puriscal, where larger purchases can also be made, is about 17 km, or 35 minutes away.
All important medical care facilities, doctors and pharmacies, as well as a modern polyclinic, are located there, as well as all other common shops to cover the needs.
The nearest state medical facility (with a doctor) is in the town of Salitrales, about 8 km or 10 minutes away, on the road #239, towards Parrita.
