Beach house only 700 m to the 8 km long Bandera beach
This house near “Playa Bandera”. The house is in a central location (it is 5 m to the nearest town of Parrita) and it is only 700 meters to the 8 km long beautiful beach.
The beach house has a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. The built-up area is 80 m² and the property totals approx. 541 m². There is a small shop (“Pulperia”) just a few meters from the house and the school and a sports field are also nearby.
Everything is legally in order and regulated (with land register entry).
As mentioned above, the nearest town is only a few kilometers away. In Parrita there is everything you need: banks, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, doctors, pharmacies, hardware stores, good bars & restaurants, etc.
Parrita is roughly halfway between Jacó and Quepos/Manuel Antonio.
