COLD RIVER
The Frío River is a river in Costa Rica that belongs to the northern lower slope of the Caribbean Sea of that country. It rises on the slopes of the Tenorio volcano, runs through the Guatusos Plain in northern Costa Rica and flows into the San Juan River in Nicaragua.
CANO BLANCO LAGOONS
It belongs to the district of Siquirres, canton of Siquirres, province of Limón. It is located in the Tortuguero Protected Area (data collected during a visit to the CAC).

The newly built main house has 265.50 square meters.

It features a large hallway, a master bedroom with closet and full bathroom, 3 additional bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, another full bathroom and a large fully equipped European-style kitchen.

The entire house is fully furnished, with satellite television, boosted 3G signal with 100 % coverage and broadband WiFi, with every comfort. It has a public water installation and its own hot and cold water installation.

The windows are secured with bars, mosquito nets and sun awnings. They are protected by lightning rods and earthquake-proof as fire extinguishers are installed in various places. The ceilings are made of pure almond wood and are decorated with country-style lamps and leaf-design ceiling fans.

All doors are made of pure wood and protected with mosquito nets. The floors are made of rustic ceramic and radiate a great shine. The electrical installation is low-consumption, equipped with lightning protection and a three-phase 110-220 V transformer.
ADDED CONSTRUCTIONS
The main house and its buildings are independent of each other and at the same time communicate with each other through large, rain-protected corridors decorated according to their surroundings.

The property has a 51 square meter garage with remote control motor gate and space to park two cars or motorcycles and quads. In the garage we have wall-to-wall cupboards where we have tools or utensils for maintaining the cars and other things necessary for the house and the farm in general.

Adjoining the main house, on the left there is an office surrounded by planters with an area of 29 square meters, fully furnished and equipped with office furniture, minibar and broadband WiFi connection.

Next to the office there is a 31.60 square meter laundry room. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer and iron. It has four cupboards with shelves that can be used as a pantry and for other purposes. There is a full bathroom in the laundry room.

The entire inhabited area and part of the property are surrounded by a cyclone network and have a 360° rotating closed circuit video surveillance camera with remote control access 24 hours a day. Located in a tall tower made specifically for its placement.
