The housing facilities total 1570m2 built with 6 units totaling 20 rooms, each with its own bathroom, 10 with air conditioning and all with a porch to accommodate up to 52 people in double and single beds. All rooms have furniture for a comfortable patio, with tables, chairs, stools, desks, accessories and decorative paints, cafeterias with their kitchenettes, fridge and living room clothes. All the rooms have beautiful ornamental gardens in the center of the property.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools, solarium areas, covered terraces around a landscaped garden, a bar and chill-out area with terraces and balconies, a large multi-purpose area for social events, reunions, conferences, etc., showers and bathrooms.

The municipal areas have a fully equipped kitchen for the restaurant and chill out, with white line fridges, freezers, etc. It has a laundry area and dryer to offer washing and drying services to customers, including 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

The restaurant has an average capacity of less than 30 guests, but can accommodate groups of 100 people. The paper has developed a Spanish-Ticino cuisine which has been converted into an attractive reference for Spanish speakers and customers from all over the world.
