The house with guesthouse is located in San Francisco de Agua Buena, a town near San Vito. The 1 hectare property is located in Santa Cecilia, very close, about 2km away. Both are on the way from Ciudad Neily to San Vito. The area is known and popular for its very pleasant climate. The properties are located at 1200 and 1000 meters above sea level. The well-known Institut Estación Biológica Las Cruces (www.tropicalstudies.org) is very close by. It's not too hot, you don't need air-conditioned rooms. But it's not cold either, you never have to heat it. This means that energy expenditure is also lower than, for example, on the coast. It's still not far away (50km, approx. 1 hour drive to Golfito).
