It is located in Costa Rica's most pleasant climate, at the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. Just a 7-minute drive from the idyllic coastal town of Montezuma you will find peaceful tranquility. No traffic and no dust from the main road will disturb you. At night you can hear the gentle sound of the sea.

The house is surrounded by 30-year-old trees that provide plenty of shade even in the hot season. The natural environment invites monkeys to swing elegantly above the trees and impresses with its unique and diverse birdlife. When the butterflies hover over the flowers, you have a deep feeling that there is still a balance between humans and nature.

Montezuma offers many opportunities for relaxation. The fantastic beaches are almost deserted and invite you to swim. Rivers leading to spectacular waterfalls are just a short drive from the house. Montezuma has avoided mass tourism and retained its roots as a small fishing village. There are a few small hotels and some of the best restaurants that invite you to stay. Yoga, dance and language courses are offered in abundance. The local supermarket stocks your daily needs and there are also a few small specialist shops in the area. Hardware and furniture stores can be found in the main town of Cobano, a 15-minute drive away. The new airport in Cobano has been open since May 5th. Flight connection Cobano – San Jose, flight time 20 minutes.

The complex with its three residential units offers several options. As a residence for a large family - main residence, with rental of Haus Bohemia, or as an investment property, entire rental - rental income of approx. 4000 $ per month is not utopia.
