We are moving onto a boat soon and would like to sell our property, the name: Adastra Tri-A - complete with new furnishings. The stately property on 7,000 m2 consists of two main houses connected by a bridge, three large apartments for guests or children, a separate guest house, rancho and pool, a house for garden utensils, the pool bathroom, the storage house and a carport for 5 vehicles . The uniquely exposed location is one of the best in all of Costa Rica: the view extends from the property over the entire high valley. Built in 1995, a complete renovation took place from 2006 to 2009 with a total of 111,000 working hours (sic), last refreshed in 2020. Authentic materials were used for the approximately 900m2 of living/usable space. Fruit and nut trees also grow here, such as cas, bananas, oranges, limes, uglies, lemons, mangoes, avocados, passion fruits and macadamias.
