Self-catering farm with 25.554 m2, house, guest house at La Suiza de Turriabla

1. Area of trees and banana plantation
On the border of the public road, behind the main house, there is a green area with 15 six-year-old laurel trees. There are also banana trees there that thrive in the slightly sloping terrain.
2. Area of fruit trees
On a steep green area behind the garage, rising up to the house, there is an orchard with various fruits. These are sweet lemon, tangerines, orange, water apples, guanabana (prickly pear), chestnut, caimito (milk apple), carambola (star fruit), marañón (cashew nuts), pitanga (cayenne cherry), cherimoya. All trees are at least 5 years old.
3. Willow
This is the highest point (695 m) on the property and was added later to ensure sufficient distance from the new house to the neighboring house. The flat area at the top of the slope offers a diverse view.
4. Area of reforestation and hiking trails
This area needs the most care. Plants worthy of protection are preserved or reforested. This wooded area covers approximately 40 % of the property and is served by hiking trails. Among other things, yellow and green bamboo trees can be found in this forest.
5. Green area (grassland)
To the right of the internal path, next to the guest house, there is a green area in gently sloping terrain. White and red king grass thrive there
Braquipara grass.
6. Pineapple plantation
A sector of pineapples has been planted adjacent to the grassland. It lies on a slightly sloping slope rising towards the farm buildings
