history

The building was erected in 1995 by the German honorary consul Mauricio Ungar as part of a hotel complex.

Even back then, the construction costs amounted to around 1.5 million US dollars.

Over 25 years ago, we acquired the property directly from the honorary consul and converted it into a residential and commercial building.
